Our Philosophy:
Teamwork Sports was created for kids to learn and develop their skills playing the sports they love without the added pressure. We believe youth sports is a three-legged stool where kids, coaches, and parents come together as a team to create a fun positive youth sports experience. We value sportsmanship and development over winning at all costs.
Convenience:
Practice is conveniently held right before the game just one day per week for an easy structure that wont consume parent's work week.
Fundamentals:
Our programs are designed for kids who want to learn, develop and improve in the sports they love in a positive atmosphere. Not only will they learn the fundamentals of the game, but also important life skills that go beyond the game. The kids will learn and demonstrate good sportsmanship!
Friend / Coach Requests:
We understand that kids want to play with their friends! We encourage kids to register and play with their friends/siblings or bring their entire team! Just list your coach or friend requests on your registration and we will do our best to make it happen!
Every Child Plays:
There are no tryouts or cuts. Each child is going to get equal playing time during the games. Kids can't develop if they don't enter the game!
Well Organized:
We pride ourselves on superior organization including great communication, smooth game day operations, coaching resources, full season scheduling and more!
Fun Atmosphere:
No more yelling coaches or parents! Here at Teamwork Sports kids can simply play the game having fun without the pressure. Parents can sit back and relax and enjoy watching their child play while supporting both teams.
Music:
We will be playing some upbeat music throughout the game day. It puts a little pep in the step of the players, and brings exciting entertainment to everyone involved. Why? Because Teamwork Sports is all about FUN!
Amenities:
We will have game day snacks and drinks available for purchase at our main table. Additionally, we have partnered with Kona Ice and they will attend our game days where you and your child can enjoy a cool treat! (Not always guaranteed)
Why we are unique
At Teamwork Sports, it's all about the KIDS! In order to have a productive practice and game, the kids need to have FUN! It all starts with coaches being positive and encouraging at all times with parents cheering and supporting both teams. This is the type of atmosphere that kids, parents, and coaches desire to be a part of! After each week, our goal is to have all of the kids smiling ear to ear in excitement and anticipation for next week's game! Parents and coaches can enjoy our convenient league structure where practice is held right before the game just one day per week.
